Dinner Subclub
Centered around enjoying good food and drink, we host get togethers at breweries, restaurants, and food markets. We also plan to do food related activities such as cooking together or learning a new food related skill. We try to meet every other week, so keep an eye on the SSC Calendar for our meetups!

Board Game Subclub
Our goal is to provide a community of nerds and new gamers alike to play our favorite games together in a safe space to be ourselves. Every session, I want to try out new games from uno to DnD. In the future, we could have consistent game-specific groups going as well! Please suggest games you want to play or lead!
Crafting Subclub
Our goal is to create a laid back space for hobbyist crafters, artists, and makers to work on individual and collaborative projects together. In the future, the crafting sub club will also attend workshops as a group, and engage in peer teaching and skill sharing as a sub club, and more! Currently, we aim to meet in person 1-2 times a month, and have more frequent parallel work sessions on Discord.

Dance Subclub
Our goal is to provide classes for dancers of all levels to come and dance without judgement in a sapphic space. We aim to hold class every other week with new choreography in a variety of styles.

Sappho’s Torch
Sappho’s Torch is an initiative under Sappho’s Social Club dedicated to building intergenerational connection within the Twin Cities sapphic community. Through intentional, identity-affirming pairings, we pass down the knowledge, resilience, and pride that sustain our community so no one has to figure it out alone. We understand the power of our history and want to help bridge the generational divides within sapphic circles. Sapphic youth (Buds) are matched with adult mentors (Lavenders) who offer friendship, advice, and a listening ear. These relationships help young people navigate life’s challenges, explore their interests, and gain the skills they need to reach their full potential. Applications are rolling, but our inaugural cohort kicked off June 14th!
